The more than impressive Mil Mi-6 Hook was part of 239GvOVP at Oranienburg. Here, a mechanic is seen walking on top of the rotorblades of Mi-6 0601b/01(r), showing the seize of this huge, difficult and fast helicopter. The Hooks left Germany for Yefremov (Tula) in June 1994 and the last ones were retired a few years later.
