Delivered to the RAF in 1953 as Canberra B.2 bomber, WJ992 later became a T.4 and served with the Blind Landing Experimental Unit (BLEU) at Martlesham Heath and Aerospace Research Squadron at RAE Bedford. It was retired in 1994 and went to the fire dump at Bournemouth, where this Canberra still should be (derelict).
