Operated by 16F (Flotille) from Landivisiau, the small Etendard IVP was used by the French navy between 1964 and 2000. It was considered to be agile, reliable and could be a pian in the ass during dogfights. The P-version (pictured is the 109) was unarmed and carried 5 Omera cameras in the nose. In the early-1990's, the remaining P's were upgraded (to PM's) and could carry Matra heatseaking missiles for self defence.
