I believe this is Laccaria amethysteo-occidentalis, an edible, but not the most sought after. I see my Matchmaker Mushrooms of the Pacific Norhtwest program (free download), offers a common name "Western Amethyst Laccaria". Note the loose fibrils on the stalk, that most Laccarias have.
