The day started off very foggy
The lighthouse was not visible at all. We did see a bedraggled looking Rock Wren on these rocks though

I love the color of these plants growing on the sand...
... makes me want to experiment with landscapes

Buff-breasted Sandpiper. This was the rarity of the trip.
It was hard to get close but we had great views through the scope
Note the yellow legs.
This was a close as I could get before it flew off.
