The effort to remove teh red-eye has not really worked. I expect that you now have PS or Elements and there are some great tools to correct that. I would suggest that you have another play with this shot and repost it.
After a visit to your beautiful home (gallery) I realise that you are a lucky man indeed! ;-)
A very good double portrait, nicely composed with excellent exposure, colour and detail.
