Half eaten soft boiled egg .. 4816

B&B Bologna nel Cuore, Bologna

This was one of the best tasting egg I have ever eaten in my life.
Maybe one gets eggs like this from a farm, but I'd never seen an egg with such an intense orange color yolk.

I'd forgotten how delicious eggs could be until the first time I had a soft boiled egg in Firenze. I think eggs were one of the reasons we liked to go to Italy. :)
