This is the spare room in our house which is avaible from this month (October 2008).


The House and Room:
This is a modern town house close to local supermarkets and walking distance from Canary Wharf. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/lounge, garden and garage. The house is fully equiped with washer, dryer, 2x fridges...etc. The room to rent is the largest in the house, and currently has a king sized bed, large desk, 2x draws, 2x bedsite units, cupboard and large mirror.


Transport Links:
It's about a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf Tube station or 3 minute walk to All Saints DLR station. There's also the N15 nightbus that runs along the next street if you ever need to get back from a night out in the centre.


Who we are:
We are 3 non-smoking professionals (all in our twenties). We're pretty laid back, sociable and keen to find another easy going housemate, preferably another non-smoing professional (no other real preference other then someone relatively tidy and considerate).
