Not much wildlife in this gallery, perhaps at the parties afterwards(?).

These pix were taken around or during Trooping the Colour and rehearsals in May/June with my Finepix s8000fd.

. Mostly taken along the Mall or at Wellington Barracks

They include the gun salute and fly-past, taken from Green Park. The red colour of the footguard uniforms is not as consistent as I would like, partly due to variatins in the lighting, shadows etc.

I also had difficulty bringing out the eyes of the footguards under their bear skin hats, some may be a little over-brightened.
