After walking through the church in the previous photos, Dad and I sat down at this cafe for a late lunch. After a while, the sky became dark and cloudy, and a strong wind started -- it looked like rain, so we moved inside (along with everybody else). Inside, I noticed that the cafe was full of older, well-dressed people, most of whom were drinking beer. It was about 3:00 PM by this time, so I thought it a bit odd that all these dressed-up older people were drinking in the middle of the afternoon. Just before 3:30, every last one of them drained their beers, paid their tabs, and rushed over to the church next door for afternoon Mass. It was a hilarious scene. By the time the church bells started ringing, the cafe was completely empty. It never did rain.
