Just two blocks south of the Acropolis, the Herodion is an excellent, modern hotel. From the rooftop terrace, there is a spectacular view of the Parthenon, which is floodlit at night. I have three shots of the floodlit Acropolis in the gallery called Athens Street Scenes.
