Sights and Eats~Cape Zanpa (Bolo Point), Busena Terrace (Underwater Observatory) and Okuma Beach Festival Sep '05
Zanpa Misaki is located on the East China Sea side of Okinawa Island. You will probably find it on most English maps with either 'Cape Zanpa' or 'Bolo Point.' At the tip of the cape stands a tall white lighthouse, sort of a symbol in its majestic dignity. The entire costal area is covered with thickets of Adan (screw pine) trees and the typical coastal vegetation of subtropical Okinawa.
