I use this scene to look at field curvatures in lenses at long focus distances. The field of the XF56 for instance is quite flat and branches from the far away trees on the right and left are in focus while the edge in the driveway and the apple tree branches on the top right (from this side of the street) look out of focus.
In the case of the 7A lens the far away branches on the right and left are out of focus. However the edge and the apple tree branch overhead from this side of the street look in focus. My interpretation is that the focus field is curved starting on the other side of the street in the middle of the frame and coming to this side of the street in the corners of the frame.
