Nob Hill, Comox

The view from the previous image was taken atop of Nob Hill.
The staircase that leads to the top is just to the left of the house
and features nearly 200 stairs. The home on top of the
hill is a beautiful house with an incredible view.

Exercise enthusiasts can often be seen using the staircase for
vigorous cardio workouts while the rest of us prefer a slower
pace up the stairs and stop along the pull-outs to enjoy the
spectacular views offered by the Comox Harbour and Beaufort Range.

Nob Hill suffers from the effects of erosion. The hillside has been
planted with native plants to help hold the sand in place.

That's a lot of steps! The view was worth the climb. I like seeing the area from this spot too. V

The lucky home owner has a wonderful view and a great place for folks to climb those stairs. Outstanding clarity and colors. V

A fine composition, and looks like a marvelous place to live, except for the erosion. V.
