This sweet old lady is a permenant fixture on this sidewalk in Chinatown
where she sits day after day knitting sweaters, scarfs, hats and various
items for sale. Her husband could be seen on some days sitting with
her when he has vegetables to sell from their garden.
We have bought melons and squashes from them and
nothing taste better than home grown.
