I like the sun on it's face and how it highlights his eyes and crown. I'm not bothered by the loss of the wing tips at all. My eye went straight to his face, traveled down his beak, and then back up to follow the line down his back, but what do I know. :D

I hope to do this well on at least one bird this week-end. I'm going to spend Sat. at the Snow Geese Festival in Chico. Wish me luck!
