The Green Jay is one of our local wildlife species.
It's amazing to see their striking green colors come flying through in the woods.

I have never seen one of these. Nice shot. Looks much warmer in Texas than Illinois. I got stuck in a snow drift yesterday. 4 wheel drive will only do so much. I bet greenjays don't like snow.

Nice. I've seen photos of Green Jays in field guides but never expected to see one in person because the range barely extends into the U.S. You are fortunate to have them in your area.
