For our third excursion we traveled to Andalusia which is in Southern Spain. We met at Atocha train station in Madrid very early in the morning. I thought for sure that I would be late, but I was actually early. In order to get to Andalusia quickly we took the AVE, which is the high speed train which travels through parts of Spain. Before we left all of our professors were telling us how nice and warm it would be in Andalusia. When we got to Andalusia it was about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. I was one of the warmer dressed students. I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, a sweater, and a light weight spring jacket. Some students were wearing sandals. During this excursion, we visited Córdoba, Sevilla, and Granada.
