Kom Ombo Temple, Egypt


The Kom Ombo is in a spectacular location next to the nile with excellent bas reliefs. It is a symmetrical double temple:
One temple is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, god of fertility and one of the creators of the world.
The other temple is dedicated to the falcon god Horus.
