Found this frame and a box of Shimano 7400 mostly NOS parts in my garage at Thanksgiving. The frame was painted by Alan Wanta of WantaFrames.com about 6 years ago. I decided to put it together and just finished it 12/12/2020. Wheels are 2 cross on Shimano Dura Ace 28 hole hubs and Mavic rims. In case anyone wonders about the handlebar tape, I'm leaving all my bars bare from shifters on down as a silent protest against the tape manufacturers who don't give you enough to fully wrap the bars.
