Knowing nothing of professional bike racing other than occasionally watching some of the Tour de Francer each summer, I decided to catch and photograpgh parts of the 2nd Stage of the Tour of California, starting in Murietta, and ending in Palm Springs, CA, a distance of 199 kilometers, or 124 miles. These guys are unbeleivable! Temperatures of 110 degrees, climbs of 4,000', and they just keep ticking. My hat is off to them.
