I only managed one snap of the elusive 'Cypripedium arietinum' while at the Bruce Peninsula Orchid Festival
It was in a protected area and I could only get within about four feet, and only for a moment as there were several onlookers vying for the limited viewing space
I was going to return to the spot later, but got side tracked
Ill have to wait until next year as the tiny "Ram's Head' as its known, is only in bloom for about ten days each year
