June 22,2013-Aerial shots of the Monster flooding in Calgary

Flying home today we had to go through Customs in Calgary so got a good view of the damage from above.It is nasty.
Sorry the images aren't that clear but had to shoot against the sun through airplane window....not the best conditions.

excellent aerial image of the flood in Calgary. I was told about this flood last week when I was in Calgary and remembered seeing pictures from Pbase and now seeing your images really gave me the severity of the flood.

Sad to see. Too much water in Calgary - too dry in Colorado and California. Wish there was a way to even this out :-(
