The sun was in a haze last nite from the nearby forest fires.Some of the smoke may be from the town of Slave Lake(pop. 7000)that is likely mostly gone due to the fire.At last night's report,over 40% of the town had burnt down including the town hall,radio station,mall,RCMP station,main school and hundreds of homes.Quite a tragic event.I will be flying home today as many of the highways are closed.
