This whole area of rocks in the water is called Land's End.The most famous and most photographed of these rock formations is called El Arco.Therocks here separate two bodies of water...the Sea of Cortez where you see the beautiful blue water and on the other side the unforgiving harsh waves of the Pacific Ocean.Just a short walk from this shot is an area called Divorce Beach on one side of the rocks and Lover's Beach on the Sea of Cortez side.People are warned not to swim on the Divorce Beach side due to swift undertow.
