One of the two fellows from Discovery Channel testing out their zip line and remote for the camera.What they would do was to follow the salmon upstream just above the water with the camera being operated by remote control.This case is just a dummy weight they were using to do testing.They didn't want to risk losing the actual camera in the water if something went wrong.They took a long time setting up their shots and camera angle,etc.I asked this fellow what his background was,thinking maybe audio visual but no both he and his partner were biologists and have travelled the world many times over on assignment.Fascinating!
