Inner Harbor walk.On a typical day here,you will find many merchants with their portable stands,mimes and all kinds of musicians and entertainers,hoping their act will cause you to throw a loonie or two into their hat.It was very quiet for this time of year...I think the economy is keeping Americans and Canadians away.
