One day a group of 4 men from Oahu decided to sail over to Lahaina for some Halloween celebrating.Perhaps they began their celebrations too early and they capsized and sunk their boat.This sailboat has sat in the shallow Lahaina harbor area for 4 years now.It lies in the coral which is protected in Hawaii.Towing it to shore is not permitted as it will damage the coral.The only way is a crane to lift it out.Working on Maui time....this may or may not happen.It is developing it's own ecostructure around it so they may just leave it now.
