If you look to the top right on this image,you see what used to be pineapple fields.Pineapple,although still grown on the island,is no longer the main crop,being replaced by sugar cane.Much of the former pineapple land is now considered too valuable to remain for this usage and is instead being turned into more golf courses and resorts....a shame in my mind.
