Large Husky Oil Oil upgrader plant on the Alberta-Saskatchewan border.The town of Lloydminster sits right on the border.One half of the town is in Saskatchewan and the other half is in Alberta.Alberta has no provincial sales tax while Saskatchewan has a 5% tax.Which side would you shop on?
