I was asked by a good friend of mine to join her to watch her nieces from British Columbia compete in their rhythmic gymnastics semi finals.Their mother flew out as a surprise to the girls.No flash photography is allowed and I was too far back for a flash to have been of any use anyway.I did take my monopod and jacked up my ISO as much as I dared.Unfortunately I did get grain in these low artificial light conditions and my speed was too slow.A challenging day for me and the girls...lol.
Both nieces(twins) made it to the finals being held in Ottawa in a few weeks!Congrats girls!
