An early flock of 40-50 Short-billed Dowitcher migrants at the Boathole area of the Gurnet end of Duxbury Beach had at least 3 hendersoni subspecies (mid-western) individuals among them. This photo shows the plain neckfront, clear chest and lightly spotted sides, and the bill of a SBDO with the nobby end.
