This bird has wintered on the Gurnet this year. When I stopped my car to look at some passerines, I just happened to notice it in a bush no more than 10 feet from my car. It didn't seem to mind the car and didn't flush when I stepped out with my camera. It posed quietly for about a minute and then flew into an evergreen about 50 feet away.
