Documentation shot of first Forster's seen since a flock of 14 appeared on Sept. 21st. There were two birds flying up and down parallel to the road between the Bridge and the 2nd crossover about an hour before high tide. They frequently dove and appeared to be often successful. A few Forster's appear most years in the upper bay in late October and the first week of November.
