First spotted these 3 at a distance while I was driving south on the Beach road; they were coming northbound toward me close to the bayside shoreline opposite the 3rd crossover. They were flying quickly so that by the time I got out of my car with the camera they were already opposite me and this was the best shot I could get. Over the next 2+ hours I did not come across them resting anywhere nor did I see them heading back south.
