These two were part of a group of 4 seen from the north side of the Gurnet-Saquish beach road. The birds were very active moving back and forth along this shoreline for about 30 minutes staying only about 5 minutes in any one spot. They then flew northward over the water, calling loudly, in the direction of High Pines. I could not relocate them on my return trip up the beach or in the marsh north of the Bridge. First of the year birds for 2011.
