Whiptail lizard (found only on Bonaire) in Washington Park. These guys are very friendly and will boldy crawl on your body, especially if you have a handout to share. We had loads of fun with these lizards. The one in the picture is a male, distinguished by its blue head and greenish-blue hind feet and tail...females and young whiptails are more sedately colored.
