I didn't stay long in Assisi, only about 3 hours... but I did buy a canvas backpack for €12 in the carpark overlooking the town below to replace a $AU90 one that I bought before leaving AU and which failed on me in a week. The €12 one is still my principal camera bag, 7 years later. Fond memories...
