Wintry Day At The Pond

Feb. 28th was the last day the Cades Cove Loop Road would be open to the public due to road construction until sometime in late May. With temperature hovering around freezing and a light snow falling, it was a beautiful day.

I am devastated about the closing as we come 4 times a year and our first week is May 1st, what else is there to do? LOL My favorite place on Earth.....
