The photographers that I most admire have an intimate understanding of how light shapes and defines a subject. This explains my current obsession with trying to understand the effects of available light and studio lighting.

I have been fortunate to be part of a group of enthusiastic photographers that meet under the direction of master photographers Norm Cheung and Joe Leduc. About once a month we discuss and test various set ups in a friendly atmosphere where we freely share ideas and information.
