SANDHILL CRANES

I live in an area where multiple families of sandhill cranes reside. They are kings and queens of the road stopping the traffic when the family decides to cross the road.
They look gracious, yet demanding, standing at the middle of the road watching the traffic, making sure all the vehicles from both sides stop for them.
