Day 1: Just before reaching our first camp, Big Tree Camp, we spotted several Black and White Colubus monkeys in the trees. Charlie said we were only 15 minutes from camp when we started hiking again, but it was more like 2 minutes. We really liked Charlies' estimates. After washing up at camp, Eric, Reeli, and I came back down the trail with tripod and doublers to get more photos of the monkeys.
