Great! I had something like that when I visited Chengdu in 2000 and it tasted lovely. Despite nearly every villege in the Netherlands has a chinese restaurant, unfortunately I cannot get it here back home... I'd like to have another bite! Thanks for sharing your wonderful galleries of a special country.
