The Vectren Dayton Air Show was once again a great show. There was the large static display and the fantastic performances. Some of the aircraft that performed there was the F-18 Hornet, F4, Corsair, P-51, AV-8 Harrier, F-15 Eagle and others. The show ended with the Air Force Thunderbirds.

As great as the show was for some it has a sad note. The air show community lost a fantastic performer this weekend. Jim LeRoy lost his life doing what he did best, entertaining the crowd. He will be missed and I wish the best for his family and friends.
