Dear Sir,
I teach English at the Polytecnic of Rijeka, Croatia, Department of Agriculture, Study of Agriculture and Winemaking.
I have been writing a textbook for my 1st year students and would like to include the photo of FREE RUN JUICE in it. Could you please grant me the permisson to do it for free (in written form) and to instruct me how to cite it in my reference section.

love that one for it's color. the red of the "pressoir" matches the red of the juice and the shape of the pressoir (with the wood) makes me thing of a "tonneau"
