How long is this crocodile? The heron in the photo is an African Grey Heron that stands up to 39
inches tall, so let's say 3 feet tall. It's maybe 10 feet away from the crocodile so it would look
smaller as it moved away from the camera and got closer to the croc. Of course, if it got *too close*
to the croc it would probably be lunch but, using the approximate height of the heron,
I'm guessing 12 to 14 feet.
