"This photo was taken last Easter 2015 in
Texas at my daughter's home. There's Mike, me,
my daughter, her husband and 3 granddaughters.
We were blessed, 'celebrating 70', that God gave us
2 healthy children who, when we walked the halls of
Central High, we had no idea of our upcoming future.
Mike and I were born in the old St. Joseph's hospital
in downtown Phx. just two weeks apart. I love to say
that his mom was walking in for delivery when my mom
and I were walking out!....70 years ago, of course.
Funny, our paths must have crossed right there and
then our stars crossed again and we met at Central High School.
Next year we celebrate 50 years of marriage."
