The club meets at 7:30pm on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month in the Willandra Room of Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, 117 Ryedale Rd., West Ryde.

The 2nd meeting of each month is a club competition night where members display prints and digital images which are evaluated by an external judge.

Points awarded for "Merits" or "Credits" count towards an annual competition for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category.
