John's Comments : Sorry, but I'm not a big fan of these photoshop paint effects... Sometimes they can work, but very rarely.
Roger's Comments : The lighting wasn't ideal for this one, and the effect has brought out the background too much as a result. A more subtle treatment, perhaps monochrome, might work better
