A good eye to pick out this scene.Lighting is excellent however would suggest that the overall lack of sharpness has let down the photo.To improve the composition try cropping out the sky to leave a cm(on the screen)of sky visible. This would make for a more balanced,dynamic image.The sky as it is, draws my eye from the rest of the scene.
